The financial planner of the company. He completed his graduation from Dhaka University and later on completed Chartered Accounting course from ICAB. He was one of the inducers of the containerised shipping trade in Bangladesh. Mr Syed has extensive financial and budgetary exposure in Bareboat Hire Purchase, Newbuilding. He is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.

Graduate of eighteenth batch of Bangladesh Marine Academy. He was entitled to First Class Marine Engineer from South Tyne Side College, UK. His seafaring career ranges from Container vessel, Bulker to Tanker. He is experienced in implementing of vessel plan maintenance, budgeting and carryout repair and docking various places to maintain vessel class. He has the exposure to vessel pre- purchase inspection, taking over, class change, flag change and all sorts of technical matter.
